Orders typically arrive within 1-5 business days. Orders to major metropolitan areas generally arrive closer to 1-3 days. Orders to outlying areas may take up to 5 business days.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

We deliver to both residential and business addresses throughout South Africa.

 

Please ensure that your delivery details are accurate and complete to avoid any delays.

P.O. Box Deliveries

Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes. Kindly provide a physical address for all deliveries to ensure your package reaches you without any issues.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and delivery progress of your order.

Shipping Issues and Delays

Damaged or Lost Packages
