Do you have a physical store? Or which retailers can I find Erthhaus in?

Where to find Erthhaus

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on the courier's website.

What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so we accept returns on all items within 30 days of the purchase date. To start a return, please visit our Return Policy page and follow the instructions.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

We try to process orders as quickly as possible, but if you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request.

Why should I switch from traditional liquid detergent to Erthhaus detergent sheets?

Switching to Erthhaus detergent sheets does not only save you money, but you’ll also enjoy a hassle-free, mess-free laundry experience, delivered right to your door. Our detergent sheets are free from harsh chemicals, making them gentle on your skin and clothes. They feature natural scents and are 100% biodegradable, ensuring you’re making an eco-friendly choice. 

2. Product Questions

How do I use Erthhaus Detergent Sheets?

Place your dirty clothes into the washing machine, simply add the Erthhaus detergent sheet(s) on top and see your clothes come out clean and smelling fresh.

Do I need to place the sheet inside the dispenser?

Whether you have a front or top load washing machine, simply place an Erthhaus detergent sheet in with your clothes and start your wash cycle.

What temperature should I use when washing?

Erthhaus laundry detergent sheets work effectively in either cold or hot water settings.

Are the detergent sheets ideal for hand washing?

Yes. Dissolve the sheet in water to activate its cleaning power before handwashing laundry. For best results, soak the laundry for 20 minutes before washing. We suggest always pre-washing heavy stains.

Can I use them in H.E. (High Efficiency) washing machines?

Yes, Erthhaus sheets work effectively in high efficiency washing machines because they do not produce the high concentration of suds typically found in most liquid or powder detergents.

How many laundry detergent sheets should I use?

Place your clothes in the washing machine and put the Erthhaus detergent sheet on top. 

 

1-2 sheets = small load (1-4kg)

2-3 sheets = medium load (5-7kg)

3+ sheets = Large load (+7kg)

 

Add an extra sheet if you'd like a slightly stronger scent post-wash and/or for dirtier clothes.

How are your scents created?

They’re gently formulated in collaboration with leading fragrance houses to deliver a light, fresh scent that doesn’t overpower your laundry or linger artificially. While they are synthetically made, they are safe, biodegradable, and used in very small amounts (less than 1% of the formula). 

 

We chose this approach because pure essential oils can evaporate too quickly, making them less effective in laundry. By using carefully selected, skin-safe fragrance compounds, we’re able to create a clean, subtle scent experience that’s more consistent, longer-lasting, and better suited to sensitive skin — all while keeping our sheets affordable and sustainable.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a variety of payment methods including Visa and Mastercard credit and cheque cards, Instant EFT, Masterpass, Mobicred, SCode, Zapper, SnapScan and debit cards.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes, we take the security of our customers' payment information seriously. All transactions are processed securely and we use industry-standard encryption technology to protect your information.

Where is Erthhaus shipped from?

Packaged and shipped with love from our warehouse in Cape Town, South Africa.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders typically arrive within 1-5 days after being placed. If your delivery address is in an outlying area, it may take closer to 5 days.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping on orders above R1000. Please refer to our shipping policy for more details.

Do you ship to P.O. boxes?

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes in South Africa. This is because our delivery partners require a physical address to ensure secure and accurate delivery of your order. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
